While this year's graduation may look different than most, many graduates still love to celebrate with a meal from a favorite or fancy restaurant. For some graduates, a take-home meal is the best bet, especially for nontraditional students graduating from university. So where will you get your food from?
There aren't many sweet lemon treats that I don't like. I'll go for lemon over chocolate most of the time, easily, and I sure love it when combined with lavender or berries. Here are some of the most delicious lemon treats I've seen this spring.
Lemon Drop Mini Cupcakes: Don't these look incredible? I bet I could make them with less sugar, too, which is something I try to do. I love that they're minis because I always want just a bite or two of something to satisfy a craving.
Recently someone in Florida found a snake in their dryer, and that just makes me so sick to my stomach. It's not snakes I have an issue with but creatures making their way into my home! We had a snake in our garage once and that was more than enough for me. Where I live, when the copperheads start hatching they're found everywhere.
Cats sometimes seem so aware that it's scary. They know when you're talking about them, even if you don't say their name. They know your habits and form their own to match yours. They seem to even know things you don't, like what's that thing over your shoulder! In all seriousness, it sure does seem like cats know a lot ore than we think they do.

They may decide that it's too demanding on their time, or they may find out that it's way too hands-on for their comfort level. All of this is okay! In fact, it's better to find out before starting a practice than later.
Coffee and fizzy unsweetened drinks are two of my most favorite things on this planet, but when I tried the two together I was NOT a fan. It was an unsweetened fizzy water with a coffee infusion, so maybe it just wasn't flavorful enough. I couldn't stand it but I bought a small case of it so I still have several in the fridge. Lavender is one of my favorite spring flavors, but I must confess that I usually keep it limited to my perfume and my tea. I also don't like it by itself at all; it has to have something to mellow it out a bit, like vanilla, for me to find it palatable.
Where I live, it's not spring yet until the spring peepers have arrived. This year, it seems like they came early, but I may be wrong. I had the windows open working at night and I suddenly realized I heard a chorus of frogs outside! It was the coolest thing ever, especially since I wasn't at the park looking or expecting it. The Biden Administration is a far jump from perfect, but the language they use is everything. I've never heard an administration affirm trans people as often as this Administration has and it's needed so much. This week Biden announced that his jobs and infrastructure plan will improve wages and benefits for caregivers.
This trend of creating a character costume and just sticking it on a hoodie or t-shirt is genius! I love all of the comic ones the best; I've seen X-Men, Deadpool and plenty of other cool examples and I'd wear any of them. Now I've seen a Peter Griffin hoodie!
As of 2021, I don't think there are really any anti-aging formulas that work like a fountain of youth, but I do think there are plenty of practices, foods and habits we can do that give us a better shot at aging more healthfully. I've seen plenty of people who are the same age but certainly don't look it due to these factors in their lives.
The other day I saw a story about how Chrissy Teigen likes to do various crafts and has even released her own products, like an adult scratch-off book, and it made me wonder what other crafts celebs like to do. We often only see a side of them that's all about glamor and fashion and maybe even diets, which isn't very healthy. Why not take the Henry Cavill route and show us what they love to do?
Many Grateful Dead fans love a good cover, even if it's a far cry from the original version of the song. In fact, lots of people prefer it that way so it encompasses the artist's spirit rather than parroting the Dead. Whether you love them or not, there's always a cover happening somewhere in the country!
